Dark maroon and very present. In their aromas and stand out the balsamic with slightly smoky and sooty notes, also spices such as cloves or tobacco. When the glass is aerated, the red fruits wake up in a very expressive way: blackberry jam, red plum and we also find quince and forest herbs that round off the different smells. In the mouth it has a very attractive freshness, the fruit is surrounded by powerful tannins that give it a lot of body. Finally, its long persistence gives harmony to the whole. Due to the fact that its production process has been carried out while maintaining its natural characteristics to the maximum, it may be appropriate to decant the bottle.
It's a violet wine with intense aromas of fresh fruit, as well as jams, among whith fig, plum and quince predominate. With a very well integrated barrel that stands out little, only light hints of vanilla and toast. In the mouth it is silky, full-bodied, with slightly concentrated tannins that make it very pleasant on the palate. It is fresh and with a long persistence. Wine without cold treatment in order to preserve its entire bouquet, it is advisable to decant it.
It is a soft yellow wine that reminds us of its passage through French oak barrels. With intense aromas marked by vanilla and spices. In addition, we find a floral touch along with the smell of ripe fruit and nuts. In the mouth we detect a large structure with a good concentration. At the same time, its passage through the bottle has left it very silky. Its acidity keeps it fresh and its persistence, once tasted, is long and pleasant.
